It comes out very soft, requires less oil and healthy. It is perfect for breakfast or kids lunch box. Peel the avocado and take out the pulp [also called avocado meat]. Mash the pulp using a fork or a potato masher.
Steps to make Avocado parathas..:
- Mash the avocados and add all the ingredients together to make a soft dough. And leave the dough for an hour to settle.
- Then roll the parathas round like a chappati. And bake them on the chappati maker putting oil on both sides. They taste lovely with yoghurt and pickle.
Peel the avocado and take out the pulp [also called avocado meat]. Mash the pulp using a fork or a potato masher. Add cumin powder, salt, red chilli powder, ajwain/carom seeds, lemon juice and chopped coriander leaves to the avocado pulp. Mash your avocado with the back of a fork until it turns into a paste like consistency Mix all of the remaining ingredients (except for the water) with the avocado paste. This will turn the flour crumbly Add your boiling water little at a time using a spoon to mix.
