  24. Get 1 Fresh Raw Papaya
  25. Get 5 tsp oil
  26. Get 1 tsp Mustard Seeds
  27. Take 4-5 green chillies (sliced it)
  28. Make ready 5-6 Curry leaves
  29. Get 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  30. Prepare 1 lemon juice
  31. Prepare 3 tsp sugar

Raw papaya sambharo or papaya chutney as it is called sometimes is quite popular in Gujarat and it is mostly served along with fafda and jalebi. Fafda is a kind of crispy gram flour based snack which is convenient and quick snacking option that can be had at anytime of the day or mixed with other dry snacks like puffed rice.   5. Now put frying pan add oil on medium flame. Take it out slowly from rolling plate. And deep fry it.
  6. For Kadhi: Take a Pan add curd, gram flour, water blend it.
  7. Take pan add oil, mustard seeds, astofedia, greenchillies,Curry leaves, Turmeric Powder.
  8. Add to mixture of curd. now put mixture on low flame add salt, sugar. Mix it properly
  9. Get it boil for 5 min. Kadhi is done
  10. For Grated Raw Papaya: Peel the Papaya, wash it. Take out the seeds and grate it.
  11. Take a pan add oil, mustard seeds, astofedia, Green Chillies, Curry leaves.
  12. Mix it well. Add turmeric powder. Add Grated Papaya
  13. Add lemon juice, sugar, salt.
  14. Mix it all well on low flame. Just for 2-3 min. The Papaya should not get soft. It should remain crunchy.
  15. It's ready. The whole plate Fafada-Kadhi with Grated Raw Papaya and Pickled Chillies.

Remove in serving dish when papaya is tender, and gravy has thickened. Garnish with chopped coriander and grated cheese or paneer. Serve hot with chappati, bread, paratha, etc. Just grate raw papaya, add some grated radish, season with spices and carrot seeds and stuff it in your whole-wheat paratha. Cook on both sides and then smear some ghee on top.
