  5. Roughly chop the nuts and dried fruit if they are large.
  6. Remove the mixture from the oven and add the other ingredients, and mix evenly.
  7. Let cool before enjoying. It is so nice with unsweetened fresh yoghurt and fruit.

Pour in the museli and stir until the cereal is coated in the egg white mixture. Leave the granola to cool completely on the baking tray before transferring into an airtight container. Line a large baking sheet with parchment. In a large bowl, stir together all ingredients until evenly mixed. Pour mixture onto prepared sheet and spread into an even layer.
