  12. Fry the chops till done and set aside. Remove most of the oil except 1/3 cup leave it in the skillet for the tomato gravy
  13. Fry the onion in the oil and skillet you fried the chops in
  14. Add the tomato to the onions season and add the flour
  15. Simmer stirring occasionally and taste, if a little salty you got it right, set aside.
  16. Mix the buttermilk, flour, and sugar make a batter pour on the hot skillet and cook them as you would regular pancakes. These will be small ones
  17. Heat the Canadian bacon. Cook the eggs I scrambled these.
