  17. Prepare 1 teaspoon salt
  18. Make ready 1/2 teaspoon powdered fennel seeds
  19. Prepare 1/2 teaspoon powdered black pepper
  20. Take 1/2 teaspoon powdered cumin

  22. Make ready 2 cubes maggi seasoning

  24. Get 1/2 cup grounded corn flakes (Nasco)

  26. Get 1 litre Vegetable Oil

Replace the milk with evaporated milk if you prefer. Use a seasoned salt blend as a substitute for the salt and pepper. Fried chicken tastes better when it has cooled a bit, still warm but closer to room temperature. If you try to eat fried chicken right out of the grease you'll just burn your mouth and not get to taste the wonderful seasonings.

  4. Mix all purpose flour, corn flour, spices, baking powder. Etc
  5. From the marinade take each chicken part and dip in flour until it’s fully coated. Dip coated chicken in marinade and then coat with cornflakes
  6. Put oil in pan, put on stove on medium heat. When it the oil get hot put in the chicken, cook one side for 8 minutes on medium heat and turn the other side for same time or when it’s golden brown and crispy 😋
