- Prepare 1/2 tsp Coriander Powder

- Make ready 1/2 tsp Garam masala
- Get 1/2 tsp Kasuri Methi
- Prepare 1/2 tsp Chaat masala
- Get 1 tsp Ginger -Garlic paste

- Make ready 2 tsp Gram flour(dry roasted)

- Make ready 1/2 Onions(petals) ½ Capsicum(red & yellow, cubed)

- Get 1 cup Green Coriander
- Make ready 1 inch Ginger
- Prepare 2-3 Green Chilli
- Prepare 1/2 tsp Roasted Cumin seeds
- Get 3-4 tbsp Hung Curd

- Prepare 1 tsp Lemon juice

- Now make dices of capsicums and onion. Add muthiya and vegetables in batter. Mix well and keep in fridge for half and hour
- Now take skewers and insert the vegetables and muthiya in it.
- Preheat microwave at 200℃ and keep these at 180℃for 12 min. Remove from microwave and apply some butter or oil so that these could not become dry.
- Now grill for 2-3 mins. Our muthiya tikka is ready to serve. Serve it with green chutney.
- For green chutney, take all ingredients of chutney and blend them. Chutney is ready.
