  6. Now take skewers and insert the vegetables and muthiya in it.
  7. Preheat microwave at 200℃ and keep these at 180℃for 12 min. Remove from microwave and apply some butter or oil so that these could not become dry.
  8. Now grill for 2-3 mins. Our muthiya tikka is ready to serve. Serve it with green chutney.
  9. For green chutney, take all ingredients of chutney and blend them. Chutney is ready.
