- Take 150 grams raw papaya
- Prepare 1 tbsp pure ghee

Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds, when it splutters, add urad dal, red chilli and curry leaves. When dal turns golden brown, add the grated raw papaya and turmeric powder. Sprinkle water and cook covered, stirring from time to time. Once cooked, add salt needed and the ground coconut mixture.

- First, take a papaya peel and chop it small pieces now wash and strain it.
- Now heat the wok with ghee then add cumin, green chilli crinkle it then add chopped papaya, rock salt according to your taste and stir mix gently.
- Now cover and cook until it becomes tender on lower flame now open the lid then add black pepper, lemon juice mix it.
- Now switch off the flame now remove the bowl it's ready to serve it.
Sprinkle water and cook covered, stirring from time to time. Once cooked, add salt needed and the ground coconut mixture. Heat oil and crackle mustard and dry red chillies. Now add in salt and turmeric and mix well. Cook on high heat till the papaya is caramelized.
