  1. Make ready 1 litre milk
  2. Take 2 small spoonS Corn starch
  3. Prepare 1/2 bowl Dry fruits chopped
  4. Prepare 1 bowl Fruits chopped (grapes, banana etc.)
  5. Take as per taste Sugar

Steps to make Fruit kheer:
  1. Boil the milk first. Keep boiling and add corn starch at normal temperature half cup milk. Add sugar also.
  2. Now add corn starch mix milk in boiling milk and stir continuously to avoid stick in the bottom.
  3. Boil the milk until it turns tick like custard.
  4. Let it cool and add dry fruits and fruits to it.

This is also made as a dessert or sweet dish on Indian festivals like Rakshabandhan, Janmashtami and Eid. While the most famous kheer we all know of,either made using rice or vermicelli, there are so many varieties. Kheer can be made from vegetables like pumpkin, carrots, sweet potatoes etc, from fruits, from nuts, dried fruits, grains or lentils like broken wheat, moong dal, chana dal, rice, millets etc. Heat butter in a pan and sauté the chopped fruits for a few minutes. Add one tablespoon sugar and cook till sugar melts.
