- Prepare 3 quart chicken broth

- Continue to alternate layers with potatoes, ham, mozzarella & chopped rosemary. Top off the dish with a heaping layer of mozzarella.
- Once done, whisk eggs and chicken broth. Pour over the dish.
- Reduce the oven temperature to 350°F. Bake for approximately 2 hours or until mozzarella is browned.
