  4. Heat up the pulpy soup and add water to the required consistency.
  5. Can put little butter to a pan and saute cumin powder and then season your soup but I just roasted whole cumin in a dry non-stick pan and then ground it on a flat cleaned surface.
  6. I didn't saute in butter and just garnished it on the soup.
  7. After pouring it in a bowl - Garnish with fresh mint or coriander leaves.
  8. I Served with some salad and sprouted moong chat squeezed with lemon.

To prepare raw papaya chutney, you just need to grate some papaya or peel the entire papaya into thin strips,using vegetable peeler. Heat oil in a pan/ kadhai, add mustard and cumin seed to the hot oil. Stir and add asafoetida and green chillies.
