  10. Take 1 tbsp butter

Place a half of the sliced potatoes in a lightly greased one quart casserole dish. Pour half of cheese sauce over potatoes. Repeat with second layer of potatoes and cheese sauce. Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top.

Instructions to make Scalloped potatoes:
  1. Cut potatoes and boiled them 95%done
  2. Saute 2 cloves of chopped garlic in a pan add crushed red chilli and chicken and cook it completely.
  3. Add in cream and milk boil it and low the flame untill it becomes bit thicker
  4. Cut bread slices brushed it with garlic and butter
  5. Take a heat proof pan or foil pan.. place boiled potatoes..pour in the Chicken mixture and spread some cheese.. fix some bread on the edges sprinkle crushed red chillies and bake for 5 mins…
  6. Tadaaa it's ready

Repeat with second layer of potatoes and cheese sauce. Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top. Top with some paprika for color. Homemade Scalloped Potatoes are on of my favorite side dishes! This recipe is loaded with fresh garlic, thyme, cheddar cheese and an amazing cream sauce.
