- 8 minutes ke bad strainer mein strain kar lain aur thanda pani gozar ke side per rakh dain.(thanda pani gozarne se macaroni apas mein jorti nahi).
- Pan mein 2 tbspn oil dalein garlic dalein light sa fry karein chicken add kar ke achy se cook karein.
- Jab Chicken Ka clr change ho jaye Tu chili flakes or salt add karein 1/2 tsp mix well.
- Phir carrot add karein cook well.
- Add capsicum mix well.
- Add sugar mix well add spring Onions cook well.
- Now add chilli garlic ketchup mix well.
- Add 1 tbspn chilli sauce and 1 tbspn vinegar, oregano and mix well.
- Thora thick ho Jaye tu water add karein Mene 4 tbspn water add Kia mix well.
- Now add boiled penne macaroni.
- Mix well.
- Lain g red sauce pasta ready serve hot and enjoy ๐
- Note.. tips… Sugar se veggies Ka clr change nahi hota aur thori crunchy ho jati hyn. Oregano se flavour bharta hy na b use karein tu sahi hy. Chicken na b add karein just veggies b dal lain. Aur pasta boil ho ke apko lgye ke chipak raha hy thanda pani dal ke achy se strain kar lain nahi chipkay ga. Aur Mene tomatoes ki jgha ketchup use ki tomatoes ko cook zaida krna prta hy ketchup se thora taste spicy ata hy. Bachu ny khani hy tu chilli sauce Kam use karein.
