- Take 1 orange zest & juice
- Take 1 tsb Corn flour

- Add oil to a frying pan, heart
- Add all ingredients except honey into the pan & keep stirring so the nuts don't burn
- When the nuts are starting to go a golden brown add the honey, stir in & remove from the heat.
- Now to make the mulled fruit…..
- Dice the fruit into ½cm cubes.
- Lightly poach the mixed fruit in with all the other ingredients except the corn flour & passion fruit, for about 5 minutes (you want the fruit soft but not breaking down to a mush)
- Strain the juice from the fruit & place it back on the stove, mix the corn flour with a little water & add to the poaching liquor, you should end up with a liquid that's not too thick but isn't watery. Add back into the fruit mix with the passion fruit.
- Place the fruit mix in your desired serving bowl, sprinkle liberally with the honey nut mix. Place in the oven for 3 minutes. Serve with creme fraiche & honeycomb on top (optional)
