  1. Heat the oven at 200 Celsius.
  2. Mix the sweet chilli sauce with fish sauce in a small bowl.
  3. Heat the oil in the nonstick frying pan.
  4. Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper. Fry-skin side first. Cook about 2 minutes on each side. Transfer the fillets on the baking tray.
  5. Pour the sweet chilli sauce mixture on the salmon fillets and bake until the salmon cooked. Usually, it should take approx 10 minutes.
  6. Serve with Thai Jasmine Rice and vegetable of your choice
