In a microwave safe bowl, combine peach preserves, vinegar, ginger, salt, pepper, and barbecue sauce. Place chicken in a zip-loc bag, or container that has a lid. Poor the mixture over the chicken. In a medium bowl, combine the liquid from the peaches, orange marmalade, vinegar, brown sugar, basil, salt, cloves, cinnamon, and pepper. Pour mixture over the chicken in the skillet.
