In saucepan bring chicken stock to a boil and then add lemon juice, sugar and zest. Blend together cornstarch and cold water and stir into the lemon sauce. Cook until thickened, stirring frequently and adjust seasoning to taste. Combine the hot sauce, butter, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, and salt in a pot and place over medium heat.

Instructions to make Chicken sauce:
  1. Wash and boil the chicken parts adding Maggi, oregeno, spices, shredded garlic and ginger. Boil for 30mins.
  2. Deep fry in hot oil and pack in colander to drain excess oil.
  3. Wash and grate the pepper, tattashe, onion and stir fry in a little oil. Add in the stock and allow to boil. Finally pour in the fried chicken parts and turn. Serve with rice, boiled yam, chips or couscous.

Cook until thickened, stirring frequently and adjust seasoning to taste. Combine the hot sauce, butter, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, and salt in a pot and place over medium heat. Bring to a simmer while stirring with a whisk. As soon as the liquid begins to bubble on the sides of the pot, remove from heat, stir with the whisk, and set aside for use.
