The creamy tomato sauce has a pretty pink color that gives this dish its name. Here's all you need to make it: Heat a large skillet over medium-low heat. Add the olive oil, garlic, shallots and salt. The pasta was tender without being overcooked.

  3. Take a kadhai or pan. Put the gas on the medium flames. Add the 2 to 3 tbsp of butter let it melt. Then add 1 chopped onion. Keep stirring it until it turns light brown. Add chopped garlic stir it well then add capsicum and bell peppers. Stir it well.
  4. Add tomato puree. (To make tomato puree). Boil 3 to 4 tomatoes. Let it boil for 10 to 15 minutes. After it boiled peel the tomato and put it in the mixer and make it.
  5. After adding puree mix the puree very well. After the puree is cooked properly add a bit of water. After that add 2 to 3 tbsp of tomato sauce, oregano, chili flakes, and a pinch of black pepper and salt. Mix it very well.
  6. After mixing it. Add white sauce and into red sauce mix it very nicely. After mixing add the grated cheese and mix it. - Add the boiled pasta into the pink sauce and mix it very well.
  7. Pasta is ready.

Add the olive oil, garlic, shallots and salt. The pasta was tender without being overcooked. It tasted like any old cheese filling. I felt like this was a missed opportunity to really jazz these up. The pink sauce was also pretty basic.
